– What are the current workplace polices & practices?
Our panelists Nishtha Nishant (She/Her), Simi Choudhury (She/ Her), Amoolya Narayan (She / Her) will look at current practices and how polices can change the future in terms of making LGBTQIA+ communities feel inclusive at workplaces.
A critical analysis of gender rights, questions of agency and self-determination will also be discussed.
