How do you handle cases where the accused person claims that his social credentials were mis-used on internet to send an offending message for eg.
While this may be difficult to prove, the employee can be interviewed to understand the dynamics in the team, reason for the perpetrator to misuse and proof for misuse, etc thus come to a conclusion on the reasons for the offence.
