Please note that the situation needs to be assessed in the context. It is important to understand the client’s decision to give more business to Kavya.
A. If the decision was based only on favouritism, then this would be a case that needs to be handled according to the ‘Code of Conduct’ available in your organisation.
B. However, if the business were offered to Kavya, due to sexual favours offered in exchange for business deals, only then can we term this as ‘Sexual Harassment’ and ‘creation of a hostile environment’.
