Best term for counseling is coaching and mentoring. Employee engagement strategy should rework now in this current pandemic not only games more motivational speech prodcasts can be shared or invite motivational speakers conduct online session .HR should work closely with line managers and create online fun activities to all employees.so much there to do without cost implications pls feel free to contact how to engage employees in this current pandemic I can share more thoughts and ideas

Good coverage,Kurinji Michael on counseling.Many of them do not seek for counseling on their own. A manager or HR may not be able to notice all the employees who are going through the negative emotions. Friends and colleagues of the depressed can also volunteer to bring it to the notice of the manager and HR.
